Add to Ty's Guestbook

Well, I told you I was no expert at HTML, but this will suffice to show I do know some . Post on Ty's Guestbook from here anytime you want to. I don't think it's illegal or anything. The offending filters will still work to stop profanity from being posted, so enjoy.It won't work any better here than it does on Ty's site though. The reason it says "empty comment" or another error message is because the script that does the actual work can't handle all the hits it gets at once. I will give their webmaster credit for the work he did though. For as many people that post, it would be impossible to make it work any better.
